Our Story

Aspirin Business Solutions was born from a desire to make a tangible difference in the business world. We started as a small, family-run business with a focus on family and employee-owned enterprises. Our journey began when Susannah Brade-Waring - armed with years of experience in business and a deep expertise in motivation and leadership development - decided to build a business that put integrity, purpose, and personal connection at its core. With her husband, Heath, by her side as both partner and co-founder, and their son, Kyle, now steering our digital strategy, the family ethos is at the heart of everything we do.

Meet Our Expert Team

At the core of our small family business is a team of dedicated professionals who are as passionate about business as they are about family values:

Susannah Brade-Waring, MSc, BSc (Hons), FRSA

Managing Director, Business Growth Facilitator, and Coach.

I created Aspirin Business in 2007 to make a bigger difference, especially in family and employee-owned businesses. Along the way, we've been blessed to work with incredible people in incredible organisations - building strong businesses, developing confident and capable leaders, and creating motivated teams. All with the goal of helping our clients enjoy more professional and personal success.

I’m still passionate about what we do and the difference we make for our clients. I’m told I’m honest, organised, insightful, empathetic and strategic.

My work is largely strategic, energising and equipping business leaders, HR Professionals and coaches to build stronger businesses and teams. This reflects my experience as an agile, problem-solver and business leader of a technology SME, which I helped grow from start-up to sale (MBO).

As both a Non-exec Director and chair of the Aspirin Business Gym (our business leaders’ group), I coach leaders to create more business and personal success. I also train coaches and HR Professionals to understand what makes people tick and create more personal and professional success for their clients through motivation.

I love learning and making complexity simple, which our clients enjoy and value. I’m a qualified coach and Business Advisor, Mental Health First Aider, Liberating Leadership Master Practitioner, Clarity 4D Practitioner, and a guest lecturer for Portsmouth University on leadership behaviour. I’m also a Senior Practitioner for Motivational Maps, operating at the highest level (1 in just 6 globally).

When I’m not working, I enjoy yoga, painting and mountain biking (preferably in warm dry weather) with my husband and business partner, Heath, and being with our wonderful family and friends including our two wonderful boys.

Quite simply, I love helping people live happier more fulfilling lives and that I get to do that every day. That's why I'm sometimes called 'The Business Motivator' or 'Sue' (both are fine).

Heath Waring

The Client Whisperer

I co-founded Aspirin Business Solutions in 2007 with my partner, Susannah, to create a real impact in the business world, particularly in family and employee-owned businesses. My passion lies in fostering robust relationships and ensuring operational excellence across our product offerings, which include Aspirin's Leadership Gym, the Liberating Leadership Programme, and Motivational Maps, among others. My aim is always to deliver the highest quality to our clients and to ensure our operations run seamlessly.

With over three decades in sales, proposals, and key account management, I understand the critical importance of stellar service and am dedicated to ensuring both our clients and our extensive network of over 150 Motivational Map Practitioners receive the best support possible.

Outside of work, family is my cornerstone. I relish the time spent exploring new culinary delights in the kitchen, which speaks to my love of creating and sharing. Mountain biking along the scenic Dorset coast offers me a wonderful escape, where I combine my love for the outdoors with social gatherings featuring good friends, great food, and the obligatory cold beer.

I'm always open for a chat, be it about our solutions or sharing a favourite recipe. Feel free to reach out any time. Thank you for taking a moment to learn more about me.

Kyle Brade-Waring, BSc (Hons)

The Digital Overlord

Hi there! I'm Kyle, the Digital Lead here at Aspirin Business Solutions. I've been part of the Aspirin family since 2014, and I've loved every minute of helping shape our digital presence.

My job? Well, it's a bit of everything digital. I oversee our online strategy, making sure we're always putting our best foot forward in the digital world. It's my mission to ensure that when our clients interact with us online, they're getting the best possible experience.

I came to Aspirin with a degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Brighton. Now, you might wonder how that fits into digital marketing. Truth is, it's given me a unique way of looking at things. I approach our digital challenges with a mix of creative thinking and scientific problem-solving. It's a combination that's served our clients well over the years.

At Aspirin, I wear many hats. One day I'm crafting engaging content for our website, the next I'm designing email campaigns that really speak to our clients. I also keep our social media buzzing and create promotional materials that showcase what we're all about.

But my role goes beyond just the digital stuff. I'm also part of our strategy team, where I help shape our business development and come up with new ideas for products and services. It's exciting work that keeps me on my toes and ensures we're always evolving to meet our clients' needs.

Before settling in Bristol, I spent some time volunteering in schools across Southeast Asia. It was an eye-opening experience that's given me a global perspective - something that comes in handy when working with our diverse range of clients.

At the end of the day, what drives me is finding new and innovative ways to enhance our digital offerings. My goal is always the same: to deliver exceptional value to our clients and help them succeed in their own digital journeys.

He’s a member of the British Psychological Society and plays an active role in Aspirin Business by contributing to article writing, Motivational Mapping, and key discussions around well-being and motivation.

Now based in Wales, Jan enjoys training in karate, dancing, and spending time with the team when he’s not working.
