The Performance Navigator is a practical tool from our Liberating Leadership programme designed to help you accurately diagnose performance issues.

Often, as leaders, we react to symptoms without understanding the root cause. We might even accidentally reward the wrong behaviours!

  • A 'Can't Do' issue (where skills, training, or resources are missing).

  • A 'Won't Do' issue (where attitude or motivation is the barrier).


It uses the simple but powerful 'Acid Test' ("Could the person do it if their life depended on it?") to help differentiate.
